A Journey Dedicated to Understanding Soil.

An approach that examines

the functioning of nature through science.

Our Story

SoilBiom began with a simple but difficult question: If nature can restore itself, why don’t we better understand how this process works?

During our university years studying biology, we observed the internal balance of ecosystems and the strength of ecological networks. As we examined the relationships between soil, plants, and microorganisms, we realized that soil was increasingly being overlooked in agricultural production.

Conventional farming practices often seemed to operate against nature rather than alongside it.

Healthy ecosystems survive through complex but balanced relationships. When this balance is disrupted, production requires more inputs and more intervention. This was the point that caught our attention:

to understand soil’s own renewal mechanisms and use that knowledge correctly.

SoilBiom was built on this approach. In the beginning, we worked on supporting soil with microorganisms adapted to local ecosystems. Over time, this perspective expanded into developing soil health monitoring systems, data-based analyses, and ecological restoration practices.

Today, SoilBiom focuses not only on agricultural yield, but also on the biological integrity and long-term health of soil. Our aim is not to work against nature, but to understand how it functions and work with it.

Our Vision

With the understanding that the world does not belong to humans alone, we aim to develop solutions that protect biodiversity and ecosystems through an integrated approach. Inspired by the functioning of nature, we pursue scientific and forward-looking methods to contribute to a more livable future for all forms of life.

Our Mission

We address ecological challenges affecting biodiversity through biological approaches supported by molecular analyses. By evaluating soil and ecosystem health from an integrated and dynamic perspective, we develop sustainable solutions aligned with natural processes.

Our Values

Grounded in Nature

We take nature’s internal balance, evolutionary relationships, and ecological processes as our guide. Our solutions are developed with respect for the uniqueness of biodiversity and ecosystems.

Integrated Ecosystem Approach

We consider soil, plants, and microorganisms not as separate elements, but as parts of the same system. We adopt approaches that support ecological processes without disrupting natural cycles.

Respect for Equality and Diversity

We view differences as a source of strength and foster an inclusive working culture. Our approach is grounded in equality, fairness, and mutual respect.

Open-Mindedness and Integrity

We value transparent communication, trust, and continuous learning. We remain open to criticism, learn from mistakes, and encourage the sharing of knowledge.

Ecological and Social Responsibility

We consider the environmental and social impact of every step we take. Sustainability is not only a goal for us, but a responsibility.
